Shipping policy

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over € 100,00 (Please confirm eligibility at checkout).
  • TURDULI will ship the item or items ordered through a carrier to the address of the customer choosing upon order confirmation.
  • The deliveries will be carried out on the days and time slots permitted by the carrier.
  • We will send you an e-mail confirming the shipping (upon order dispatching), another e-mail with the tracking number (with a link to our courier).
  • TURDULI does not deliver any items to P.O. Boxes.
  • TURDULI will proceed to carry out the order in no more than 7 days after the payment is completed.
  • TURDULI will inform the customer of the unavailability of an ordered item, as well as proceed to its refund, in no more than 14 days upon knowledge of said unavailability.
